I'm Michelle (aka Mei Ling) Waldorf, the founder of PlaceHero. I've run my own small business for 5 years. The concept of PlaceHero came up when I needed social marketing help for my business. I got a $5,000 quote for a marketing strategy that would tell me what my own business was about! I just needed the work to be done for me, not a study. Then I tried a local social media firm. When they discovered I was a small business, they stopped responding. That's when I decided to build a mobile and social media marketing assistant service that is reliable, high quality and smart.
